Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

Requests you can make

You may ask us to:

• provide access to information associated with you;
• correct inaccurate account, contact, or creator-supplied information;
• delete information associated with you, including creator content and related analysis where applicable;
• delete your account and associated data if and when user accounts are available;
• disconnect a supported third-party platform or ask about data received through that platform; or
• answer questions about our privacy practices.

The rights available to you may depend on where you live, the nature of your relationship with us, and applicable exceptions.

How to submit a request

Email myopportunitylabs@gmail.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Please include:

• your name and the email address or account identifier associated with the service;
• the type of request you are making;
• the relevant account, creator content, connected platform, or interaction; and
• enough detail for us to locate the information without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not send passwords, API keys, government identification numbers, full payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information in your initial email.

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity, control of an associated email address or account, and—if someone submits a request for you—their authority to act on your behalf. We will request only the information reasonably needed for verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it and will explain that where appropriate.

How deletion works

After we verify and approve a deletion request, we will delete or de-identify applicable information from active systems and ask relevant service providers to do the same where appropriate. This may include creator-supplied videos, captions, metrics, generated transcripts, sampled frames, Creator Intelligence results, product research history, and account or contact information associated with the request.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal or accounting obligations, or to document the request. Information may also remain for a limited period in logs, backups, or provider systems where immediate deletion is not technically practical. Retained information remains restricted and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Third-party platforms

Deleting information from Opportunity Labs does not necessarily delete information held independently by Amazon, Google or YouTube, TikTok, or another third-party platform. You may also need to use that platform's privacy controls or contact the platform directly. Where applicable, you can revoke Opportunity Labs' access through the connected platform's account or application settings.
